Business Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Bookkeeping:
    1. Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
    2. Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
    3. Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, and collection
    4. Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
  2. Bank Reconciliation:
    1. Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
  3. Office administration:
    1. Answer Sales calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
    2. Assistance on orders and outbound processing
    3. Assistance on preparing monthly shipping related documents

 

Requirements:

  1. 4-year college degree or equivalent, major in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
  2. 3-5 years working experience
  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Team-oriented personality
  5. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  6. eCommerce experience is a plus
  7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  8. Language skills: native Mandarin speaker and proficiency in English read, write and speaking.

Inside Sales Engineer

 

The inside sales professional is responsible for executing inside sales support activity for our EMD Products. Specific responsibilities include:

  1. Lead Qualification and Routing
  2. Customer Quotations and Funnel Management
  3. Direct Sales Support Activity
  4. Indirect channel support

 

Requirement:

This is an entry level sales position perfect for either college graduates or someone with sales experience wishing to enter a more professional sales environment. Desired Skills and experience includes:

  1. 4 years degree a plus
  2. Advanced Business Degree a plus
  3. Demonstrated experience in a professional sales and capacity
  4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Technical Support Specialist

 

Responsibility:

This position, located in Beaverton Oregon, will provide our customers with support for the operation and service of their RIGOL Test and measurement equipment. The position will:

  1. Solve customer inquiries associated with product use and application support
  2. Assist customers with instrument and application setup
  3. Drive issues to closure with high customer satisfaction
  4. Manage software upgrade process
  5. Oversee RMA and repair request process
  6. Interface with third party repair facilities
  7. Provide expert user testing and product feedback to product development teams
  8. Support custom development request
  9. Provide presales technical support to our sales team

 

Requirement:

This is an entry level position perfect for either recent college graduates or someone with technical experience wishing to enter a more professional customer focused environment. Desired Skills and experience include:

  1. 3-5 Years of experience working in an electronics field
  2. Familiarity in the use of test and measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, other)
  3. 2 or 4 year Technical Degree in Electronics with knowledge of Electrical and RF applications (or appropriate experience)
  4. Experience designing, testing, or debugging embedded systems a plus
  5. Knowledge of Matlab, Labview, Python, LXI, and other automation tools a plus

Field Sales Engineer

Responsibility

  1. Prospecting and Account Development in the NE Region

  4. Support of Seminars, Event and other demand creation activities
  5. Local indirect channel support as required

Requirement

  4. Familiarity with electronic and RF test principles and products a plus
  5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
